أظهرت هذه الدراسة دور فرنسا البارز كواحد من الداعمين الرئيسيين للمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. كما هدفت إلى تحليل جوانب الشراكة بين البلدين، والتي تنبع أهميتها من الروابط الوثيقة والتاريخية، والتي استمرت حتى الآن. للتعرف على التغيَرات التي شهدتها العلاقات الأردنية الفرنسية بين عامي 1999 - 2019 ، أثارت الدراسة تساؤلات حول عمق هذه العلاقات ومنافعها، مبينة أن هناك شراكة إيجابية ومثمرة التزمت بدعم مجالات عديدة وأدت الى تطورات ملحوظة في العلاقات بين البلدين. ولجلالة الملك عبد الله الثاني دور مهم في تعزيز هذه العلاقات منذ توليه سلطاته الدستورية. ولتحقيق أهدافها، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الوصفي. تتكون هذه الدراسة من ستة فصول مرتبة تعرض: المقدمة، الخلفية التاريخية والعلاقات السياسية الدبلوماسية، المجال الثقافي والاجتماعي والإعلامي، مشاريع الاستثمار والتنمية، مناطق الجذب السياحي ودعم السياحة والآثار، التعاون القضائي، والشراكة الاستراتيجية.
توصَلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الشراكة بين فرنسا والأردن متينة ومتماسكة، وهناك تعاون وتنسيق متناميان على مختلف الأصعدة. بناءً على النتائج، تقترح هذه الدراسة بعض التوصيات من بينها تشجيع المزيد من التعاون والحث على تبني العلاقة الفرنسية الأردنية كنموذج للعلاقات الناجحة بين الدول المتقدمة والنامية.
The geopolitical position of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is of great importance for the countries of the world, especially for foreign countries. In this regard, this study demonstrated France’s prominent role as one of the main supporters of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It also aimed to analyze aspects of the partnership between the two countries, the importance of which stems from the close and historical ties, which has continued until now. And to recognize the changes that the Jordanian-French relations witnessed within 1999-2019, the study raised questions about the depth of these relations, and the benefits, indicating that there is a positive and fruitful partnership committed to supporting several areas and led to remarkable developments in the relations between the two countries. His Majesty King Abdullah II has an important role in strengthe-ning these relations since assuming his constitutional powers. To achieve its goals, the study adopted the analytical approach and descriptive approach.
This study consists of six chapters, offering: introduction, his-torical background and diplomatic, political relations, cultural, social, and media fields, investment and development projects, tourist attractions, tourism and archeology support, judicial co-operation, and strategic partnership. This study concluded that the partnership between France and Jordan has a solid and coherent, and there is growing coopera-tion, and coordination at various fields. Based on the results, this study proposed some recommenda-tions include encouraging more cooperation and urging the adoption of the French-Jordanian relationship as a model of suc-cessful relations between developed and developing countries.
